20gm Light weight Event Latex caps
Used primarily for the Triathlon & Ocean Swim market, available in 18 colours.

30gm Premium weight Latex caps
The most popular & durable Latex cap in the world, available in 44 colours.

55gm Premium Silicon Caps
After recently visiting most of the Silicon cap manufacturers we can now confirm, using 55gm Silicon caps as the bench mark that they are the optimum weight and their tear resistance is superior to all other weights.

52gm Seamless Special Event Silicon Caps
Esjay has also researched Seamless or Wrinkle free Silicon caps. These caps have been used in the USA and Europe for many years. They allow the cap printer to print on the front and back as they have been broadened to remove the seam; as a result the caps contain approximately 10-15% more silicon than the normal Silicon caps. The optimum weight most widely used is 52gm, the tear resistance is not as good as the 55gm but these caps are not meant for everyday use. They have a place, perhaps for a special event, where the brand or logo is enhanced by appearing on the front - particularly for Television. They are also more expensive to purchase, print on and buy.

Lycra Caps
Lycra caps are now available in 9 fabulous colours and can be printed on one or 2 sides.
